Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with UMR Technologies. We are committed to providing you with fast, reliable shipping, so your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (available in Colombo 1-15).


Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of the order.

We offer free shipping on orders over LKR10000.
Please note: Some items may have additional shipping fees, especially large or bulky items. These fees will be indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (if applicable), so you can track the status of your shipment.
You can also track your order on our website by entering your tracking number on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following regions/countries.
Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons.
For international orders, please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Accuracy

Returns

Eligibility for Return:


You may return products within 3 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, or packaging intact.

Non-returnable items:


Some items are non-returnable. These include:

List non-returnable items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made items, etc.)

Return Process:

Return Shipping:


The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over RS.10000, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds


Refund Eligibility:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
